Brady MONTGOMERY - Services for Madeline Elizabeth Brady will be at 10 a.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jimmy Walker and G.A. McVay officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern, Winnfield. Mrs. Brady, 82, of Montgomery died Tuesday, July 14, 1998, in Rapides Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Ancorage, a member of First United Methodist Church where she served as pianist and organist for 76 years. She was a graduate of Northwestern State University and received her masters degree from LSU and was a Grant Parish School teacher for 37 years. She taught private piano lessons and was a member of the Civic Club and the Home and Garden Club. Survivors include her husband, Carlos Brady of Montgomery; one stepson, Tim Brady of Austin, Texas; one stepdaughter, Carla Blair of Hutton; one sister, Eleanor Adams of Austin, Texas; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Craig Bice, Charles Brittain, John Quincy Adams, Steve Tilby, Robert Ward and Tommy Harrison. Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until time of services Friday in the church. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church.
