Melva Brown

MONTGOMERY - Services for Melva Brown will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday in
Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Millard Hollingsworth
officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery, St.
Maurice, under direction of Winnfield Funeral Home, Winnfield.

Mrs. Brown, 71, of Montgomery died Sunday, March 7, 1999, in Winn Parish
Medical Center.

Survivors include four brothers, Willie Brown and Irvin Brown Jr., both of
Montgomery, Louis Brown of Seattle, Wash., and Charlie Brown of Diamond Bar,
Calif.; three sisters, Azelene Sapp of Montgomery, Essie Kilgore of
Eldorado, Ark., and Jessie Couttee of Marino Valley, Calif.
