Stephen Carlin
Services for Stephen "Steve" Carlin will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in St.
Frances Cabrini Church. Burial will be in Frazier Cemetery, Prospect,
under direction of John Kramer & Son.
Carlin, 41, of Dry Prong died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, in his
residence.
He was a native of Sulphur and a graduate of Louisiana Tech. He
retired from Baker Manufacturing Company in 1998.
Survivors include his wife, Angela Powell Carlin of Dry Prong; one
son, Matthew Stephen Carlin of Dry Prong; two stepsons, Adam M. Zell
and Jonathon L. Zell, both of Dry Prong; his parents, J.C. and
Adelaide Carlin of Alexandria; three brothers, Paul M. Carlin and Carl
J. Carlin, both of Alexandria, and Col. J. Michael Carlin of Ankara,
Turkey; and two sisters, Patricia Spangler of Alexandria and Vicki
Collins of New Orleans.
