Lowell L. Carter
Services for Lowell L. "Red" Carter will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the
chapel of Hixson Bros., Pineville, with the Rev. John Harris officiating.
Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery. Carter, 75, of Pineville died
Tuesday, March 23, 1999, in Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.
He was former owner of British Sport Cars and a U.S. Navy veteran of World
War II.

Survivors include his wife, Dixie P. Carter of Pineville; two sons, Larry S.
Carter and Lowell A. Carter, both of Pineville; and three grandchildren.
