Drewett Of Montgomery to Be Buried June 23 Homer B. Drewett, 74, retired merchant, Montgomery, died in a Pineville hospital at 3 a.m., Thursday. Last rites will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, June 23, at the Northside Baptist Church, Montgomery, with the Rev. E. M. Enfinger of Winnfield, Rev. Don Chelette of Alexandria and Rev. Marvin Dolittle of Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in the Hargis cemetery. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. H. B. Drewett, Montgomery; two daughters, Mrs. Bryda Rosseaux, Montgomery, and Mrs. Ilene St. Andrise of Natchitoches; four sons Bertice, of Shreveport, Thurmon, of Tioga, Eugene, of Houston, Tex., and J. B. of Culver City, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Jackson and Mrs. Carrie Teddlie of Montgomery. ___________________________ Obituary: Ira V. Drewett Brother of Local Man Dies of Heart Attack On Sunday Funeral services for Ira V. Drewett, 75, of Montgomery, were held at Hargis Baptist Church, Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Mr. Drewett died June 13, of a heart attack. His survivors include his widow, five children, three sons, several grandchildren, and two brothers, L. E. of Lecompte, and W. U. of Winnfield. (Note: Ira V. Drewett was one of the five sons of Rev. Tillman Drewett and his wife Susan F. Martin Drewett.)
