All rights reserved. http://theusgenweb.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ Donald Gregory Duncan (December 18, 1950 - September 13, 2006) Donald Gregory Duncan, age 55 of Calvin, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at the Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield. Mr. Duncan is a native of Jackson Michigan and is the son of the late Elbert Donald Duncan and Marie Heselschwerdt Duncan. Mr. Duncan is a charter member of Westminister Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Michigan. He served his country with 21 years in the Air Force. Mr. Duncan was a veteran of Vietnam and the Gulf War. Mr. Duncan enjoyed playing Golf and was an avid fisherman. He was a devoted father and loving grand father. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel with Father Sojan officiating. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez Mississippi. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday in the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until time of services. Mr. Duncan is survived by his wife of 35 years Vicki Briggs Duncan; two sons: Donald Gregory Duncan Jr. and Randy Alan Duncan (Michelle), one daughter Amber Marie McCarty (Andrew); threr grandchildren: Grant Alan Duncan, nolan Alexander Duncan and Abigail Elizabeth McCarty; and numerous nieces and nephews.
