Gilcrease Rites Held At Verda Tuesday, July 8

Eddie "Edd" Gilcrease, 96, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, July 7, 1969, in a
Winnfield hospital.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alma Lilly Gilcrease.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Verda Baptist Church with
the Rev. Jerome Paige, Rev. Deloy Shows, and Rev. Clarence Brooks officiating.

Burial was in the church cemetery.
