IDA SMITH FUTRELL

Mrs. Ida Smith Futrell, 69, of Colfax died at 5:40 am April, 16, 1948 at the
Urania Clinic in Urania, LA.  She is survived by 3 sons, Sam Futrell of
Alexandria, A. D. of Urania, Hickman Smith of Shreveport; two daughters, Miss
Joy Futrell of Colxax and Mrs. Iva (Lonnie) Hale of Epps, LA.and 14
grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

The body will be at the family residence in Colfax.  Services will be held at
2pm, Saturday April 17, 1948 at the Bethel Church with the Rev. O.M. Corley,
officiating. Interment  wasin the Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Hixon
Bros. Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were T. L. Futrell, W. F. Gatlin, R. M. Johnson, A. C. Faircloth,
Herman Nugent and Ray Teddlie.
