Geraldine Groves
Services for Geraldine Walker Groves were at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9 in
the chapel of Hixson Bros., Pineville, with the Rev. Bryant Gore
officiating.  Burial was in Methodist Cemetery, Pineville.
Mrs. Groves, 84, of Pollock died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 in her
residence.
She was a retired Grant Parish public school teacher and taught first 
grade at Pollock Elementary School, Pollock.  She was a member of 
Pollock United Methodist Church, Pollock.  She was a graduate of the
University of Missouri.  She was a native of Pollock and the widow of
George Groves.
