Jones will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2002 in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel, Winnfield with Rev. Bobby Dunn officiating. Visitation will be from 5 until 9 p.m. on Wednesday and from 8:30 a.m. Thursday until time of services. Mr. Jones, age 78, of Packton Louisiana died Monday, September 23, 2002 in the VA Hospital in Pineville, LA. He was born in North Carolina, was a 32nd degree Mason, Past Master, Georgetown Lodge #298 F & AM and member of El Karubam, Shrine Club, member of Evening star Chapter #71, O.E.S. Past Patron, was a Retired Master Sergeant in the US Air Force, member of Palestine Chapter #55. He had no know living blood relatives. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his first, wife, Marguerete May Jones of Packton La.. Survivors include 2 brothers-in-law, Joseph May and Leo Ezelle, Sister-in-law Jenny May, Nephew Michael May, Niece Sharil May and 7 other nices and nephews. All from his first wife's family. his 2nd wife, Ida Crick Jones of Winnfield; three stepsons, Robert'.Crick of San Diego, California, John Crick of Monroe, LA and Jack Crick of Shreveport, LA 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Pallbeareis will be member of Georgetown Lodge and Eastern Star Lodge 151* and 622nd Air Refueling Squadron. Memorials may be made to Schitoers Memorial Hospital. Typed and corrected by Michael May
