C. E. Brewer officiating. Burial was in Pollock Cemetery, Pollock. Kitterlin, 71, of Pollock died at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4 in his home. He was a native of Pollock, a retired painter and paper hanger and a member of First Baptist Church of Pollock. He was also a member of the Boy Scouts, Order of Arrow, the National Rifle Association and the Pollock Memorial Veterans of Foreign Wars. He also was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Ollie Dison Kitterlin of Pollock; two sons, Loren F. Kitterlin of West Monroe and Rodney W. Kitterlin of Natchitoches; one daughter, Patricia Longino of Anchorage, Alaska; one brother, Elwyn V. Kitterlin of Brenham, Texas; his mother, Mrs. Rilla Clinton Kitterlin of Pollock; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were F. A. Andries, Harold Kendrew, Charles Sandifer, Robert Tarpley, Gene Tiley and Roscoe Tiley.
