Services were held at 2 p.m December 22, 2008 at Summerfield Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Lofton and Rev. Greg Griffin officiating. Interment was held in the Gilly G. LeMoine, Sr. Cemetery. He is preceded in death by His parents, Frank Edward LeMoine,Jr. and Mabel Inez Futrell LeMoine and one brother, Frank Lucien LeMoine. He served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Summerfield Baptist Church, where He served as a Deacon. He was a member of The Colfax Masonic Lodge. He is survived by His wife, Beverly Hicks LeMoine, son, Wesley LeMoine and wife, Marlene, daughter, Sandra Goss and husband, Ted, daughter,Lucia LeBaron,son, Carl Edward LeMoine and fiance, Lauren Cosby, son, Alan LeMoine and wife Erica, and His daughter in spirit, Falisha Gunter, one brother, Ernest E. LeMoine and wife , Laura of Woodlands, Texas, four sisters, Elaine Starovic and husband, Mike of Colfax, La, Patsey J. Thayer and husband, Gene of Channelview, Texas, Sandra C. Coolman and husband Burnell of Pearl, Mississippi, Frances A. Fisher and husband, Doug of Conroe, Texas, twelve grandchildren, Christopher, Kristian, Juli, Shawn, Erich, Chelsea, Kathlena, Caleb, Colton, and Kali; one great-grandchild, Jesse. Pallbearers were Bennie Cain, Daniel Coolman, Terry Brown, Charles Fletcher,Owen DuBois and Jimmy Vollm. Additional Comments: My Father was stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base & in Japan. My Father, was honored with having a US Flag draped on His casket. He had the Three-Gun Salute & Taps. It was beautiful & heartbreaking at the same time.
