She was a housewife, member of the First Baptist Church of Georgetown and member of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 71, O.E.S. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Georgetown Baptist Church with Revs. Tim Smart and Junior Trisler officiating. Burial followed in Georgetown Cemetery with arrangements by Hixson Brothers Inc. of Jena. Survivors include one son, Philip Sporter Jr. of Georgetown; a brother, L.C. Brazell of Jonesville; two sisters, Lottie Wiley of Larto and Elizabeth Trisler of DeVille; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
