Taylor, 64, of Pineville died Monday, Dec. 29, 1997. He was a native of
Colfax. Burial will be in Raven Camp Cemetery. Survivors include his wife,
Bessie Holmes of Pineville; two sons, Tony D. Taylor of Oklahoma City, Okla.,
and Calvin Ray Elzy of Las Vegas, Nev.; one daughter, Brenda Britton of
Houston, Texas; two brothers, John Taylor of Alexandria and the Rev. Robert
Arthur of Colfax.
