Martha Farrow on line 21, was put to bed well at 6 p.m. Mother awoke at 1 a.m. & found child dead; body cold, supposed she overlaid it during night. Mary Jones on line 10, & Susan Burgess on line 11 were drowned in Bayou Teche during storm of Sept. 79 while crossing the stream. Alexander Bernard on line 27 was killed in storm of Sept. 1879 by fall of house.
