Died at the residence of her son on Thursday, October 6th at 7 o'clock A. M., 
Mrs. Terrouse Ackal, the mother of Mr. S. Ackal, aged 84 years. The funeral of 
the deceased was held at St. Peter's Catholic church on Friday afternoon at 4 
o'clock.

MRS. TARROUSE ACKAL.

DIED - At the residence of her son, Mr. Simeon Ackal, at 843 Centre (sic) St., 
on Thursday morning at eight o'clock.

Mrs. Ackal was sixty four years of age, and had been a citizen of New Iberia 
for most of that time.

She leaves several sons to mourn her loss, all of whom are well known business 
men of this city. The funeral was held from St. Peter's Catholic Church at 4:30 
on Fdiday (sic) evening.
