Died, at the residence of her son, No. 148 Rogier Street, on Friday morning at 
7:30 o'clock, Mrs. S. Blanc, the venerable and esteemed mother of Capt. Alex. 
D. and Mr. Frank Blanc, of this City, after a short illness. Besides her sons, 
Mrs. Blanc leaves a large number of grand-children to mourn her departure to 
other lands. The funeral servces were held this morning from St. Peter's 
Catholic church at 10 o'clock.
