DIED: At the residence of his parents, in New Iberia, on Tuesday, Dec . 19th, 
1899, at 8:05 a. m., Jules Blanchet, Jr., aged 14 years, 12 days. The funeral 
took place at the Catholic Church yesterday Dec. 19th, at 4:30 p. m.

On Tuesday morning last, the happy home of Mr. Jules Blanchet was afflicted by the death
of one of its members, Jules, Jr., a promising youth 14 years of age. The remains were
buried from the Catholic church, the funeral being attended by a large number of relatives
and sympathizing friends.
