DIED: - At the residence of her son, Mr. Alex Boutte at 338 Franch St., 
Sunday, December 2d, 1906, at 8 a.m., Mrs. Widow Octave Boutte, nee Eagalee 
Gonsoulin; born, 1830. The funeral took place from St. Peters Catholic 
Church on Monday, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

Mrs. Octave Boutte who passed away on Sunday morning at the residence of her 
son Mr. Alex Boutte had seventy-one living descendants. There are four 
children, twenty-five grandchildren and forty-two great grandchildren. She 
was born in 1830 and was known and respected by a large part of the 
residents of this city who knew her in her younger days. She was buried from 
the Catholic Church yesterday afternoon.
