DIED: At his home, in Iberia Parish, near Loreauville, at 6:30 a. m. Friday, 
Jan'y 3rd, 1902, Gustave Broussard, age 71 years, the funeral took place 
from the Loreauville, Catholic Church on Saturday, Jan'y, 4th, 1902, at 
10:00 o'clock a. m.


A. Gustave Broussard, of Loreauville, an old and good citizen of Iberia 
Parish, committed suicide by shooting himself in the left side with a double 
barrel shot gun. The cause of the terrible tragedy is not yet known.
