NECROLOGY

MRS MARY CAGE.

New Iberia, La., June 22. - At the home of her sister, Mrs. Sarah Barnard, St. 
Peter Street, Mrs. Mary Cage, widow of Robert H. Cage, born June 21, 1854, 
passed away to-day. The funeral will take place from the Church of the 
Epiphany, Rev. Dr. C. C. Kramer officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery. 
Deceased left two daughters, Mrs. J. W. Muller and Miss Marie Cage. Miss Lizzie 
de Valcourt, a sister, and John T. de Valcourt, a brother, survive her. 
Deceased was a scion of the oldest pioneer families which helped to settle New 
Iberia years ago.
