DIED; - At the residence of her brother-in-law Mr. Edward French, on Tuesday, 
May 1st, 1900 at 5:30 P. M., Mrs. Widow John Caze, nee Elizabeth Veazey. Aged 
58 years, 10 months. The funeral took place from the Catholic Church in New 
Iberia, on Wednesday, May 2nd. at 3:30 o'clock P. M.

At the residence of her brother-in-law, Mr. Edward French, on Tuesday afternoon,
Mrs. Widow John Cazes, nee Elizabeth Veazey, breathed her last. Deceased was in
her fifty-ninth year. Her funeral from St. Peters church on Wednesday was sttended
by a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends.
