New Iberia Enterprise and Independent Observer. (New Iberia, La.) 1902-1944, July 13, 1912, Image 3

W. H. Crews, a well-known citizen of this City, died here on July 6th, at 
the residence of his son, H. L. Crews, aged 68 years. Mr. Crews was a native 
of Halifax, Va., and is survived by one son, H. L. Crews, of this City. The 
funeral took place from the Methodist Church, interment in Rose Hill 
Cemetery.

NECROLOGICAL.

DIED: - At the residence of his son, Mr. Henry L. Crews, on lower East Main 
street, on Saturday, July 6th, 1912, at 9:15 p m . W. H. Crews, a native of 
Halifax, Va., born July 23rd, 1814. The funeral took place from the First 
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, on Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock.
