L. GASTON DAUTERIVE.

Died, at his residence in New Iberia on Friday, July 14th, 1916 at one 
fifteen o'clock A. M., Mr. L. Gaston Dauterive, aged 52 years after an 
illness of several months. Mr. Dauterive came to New Iberia with his family 
a number of years ago from Loreauville, his native home and reared a family 
of three boys in our midst. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of this 
City who accompanied his remains to their resting place yesterday afternoon 
at five o'clock, after the services were held at St. Peter's Catholic 
church. He leaves, besides his widow, three sons, George Dauterive of New 
Orleans and Robert and Eddie of this City. The family have the sympathy of a 
large circle of friends.




2nd. Obituary:

DIED, at his residence, No. 627 Weeks street, on Friday, July 14, 1916, at 
1:15 o'clock a m , L. Gaston Dauterive, age 52 years and 8 months. The 
funeral took place from St. Peter's Catholic Church yesterday evening a 5 
o'clock.
