IRMA DAUTETRIVE LAST TUESDAY, AFTERNOON at the Age of Forty-Six. At 4 o'clock last Tuesday afternoon there occurred a death in New Iberia that is particularly sad in that of Mrs. Irma Dauterive, who has been for many years a resident of this city. Mrs. Dauterive was a noble woman, possessing every attribute of a Christian wife and loving mother. She leaves behind a large family, three girls and four boys, of whom are Jennie, Felicia, and Leila, and Paul, Anatole, Stanley and Loreau, all residing here with the exception of the latter, who is in Cuba. Mrs. Dauterive was forty-six years old at the time if [sic] demise and was formerly of Loreauvile [sic], a town deriving its name from her ancestors, the Loreaus, which was her maiden name. To her family the Iberian extends its sincere condolences.
