ADONIS DELCAMBRE

On Monday, August 27th at twelve M. all that was mortal of Mr. Adonis 
Delcambre passed to the Great Beyond. Mr. Delcambre had only reached his 43d 
year and was one of the most prosperous farmers and citizens of that 
community. He was a member of one of the oldest and largest families in the 
Parish by that name, and his unexpected death was deplored. Mr. Delcambre 
leaves to mourn his death three daughters and one son, besides an aged 
father, Mr. Desire Delcambre of the same place. The remains were interred in 
the Catholic cemetery at Petite Anse on Wednesday the 27th.
