Died, in Jackson, La., on Nov. 20th, Miss Marie Charlotte Delhommeer (sic), 
aged 49 years. Miss hommer (sic), aged 49 years. Miss the late Hon. Charles 
Delhommer, and while a native of St. Martin Parish had lived several years in 
our City. The remains reaching here Sunday night, the funeral services were 
held in St. Peter's Catholic church Monday morning, Rev. J. M. Langlois 
officiating. Interment was made in the Catholic Cemetery. To her aged and 
venerable mother and her brothers and sisters we extend our sympathy in their 
bereavement.

DIED: - At Jackson, La., on Saturday, November 20th, Miss Marie C. Delhommer of this
place, at the age of 49 years. The remains were shipped from Jackson to this place,
but missed connection at Baton Rouge, necessitating reshipment from the latter place
and arriving here over the N. I. & Northern Railroad on Sunday night. Interment took
place on Monday morning at 8 o'clock from St. Peters Catholic Church. The pall bearers
were: Alexis Voorhies, Sidney G. Harty, T. Armance Derouen, J. S. Power, V. M. Aubry,
and Henry Gallois.

The deceased was a daughter of the late Charles Delhommer, formerly of Breaux Bridge,
and a sister of Mr. E. E. Delhommer, for many years the cashier of the Peoples National
Bank of this city.
