October 21, 2016 Albert “Hawk-Eye” Dominick Jr. JEANERETTE — A Home-Going Celebration will be held for Albert Dominick Jr., 63, at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the West St. Mary Civic Center, 1472 Louisiana 318 in Jeanerette with Pastor Arnold Ray Joseph officiating. He will await the resurrection at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Charenton. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday at the West St. Mary Civic Center beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of service. A resident of Jeanerette, he passed at 12:37 a.m. Thursday, October 13, 2016, at Iberia Medical Center. He leaves to cherish his memory and in God’s care his parents, Rosa and Peter Bailey of Loreauville; one daughter, Aerion Lockett of Franklin; three sons, Roderick Dominick (Deidre) of Baton Rouge, Terroni Dominick of Charenton and Aldre Dominick of New Iberia; three sisters, Jennifer Dominique Provost (Edward) of New Iberia, Barbara Dominique and Terri Francis (Ron) of Loreauville; six brothers, Gerald Dominique (Gloria) of Jeanerette, Glenn Dominique of Franklin, Peter Dominique (Heather), Barry Dominique (Beverly), David Dominique of New Iberia, and Mark Daurbigny of Houston; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He now joins in glory with his father, Albert Daurbigny Sr., and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Active pallbearers will be William Hawkins, Herbert Feast, Harold Armelin, Elcondos Davis Sr., Jules Gasper, and Joseph Jamal Scott. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald Dominique, Glenn Dominique, Peter Dominique, Barry Dominique, David Domonique, Ron Francis, Peter Bailey, and Melvin Tyler.
