MR. ALFRED DOTY. - Died, Mr. Alfred Doty, at the home of his son-in-law, Mr. 
Louis Dupuy, on Sunday, May 19th, at 5:30 P.M., at the age of 70 years.

Mr. Doty has long been a resident of this city and leaves a large number of 
friends and relatives to mourn his loss. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. 
Oscar Borel and Mrs. R. L. Boudreau; three sons, Messrs. Felix Doty of Beaumont, 
Dan Doty and Louis Doty of New Iberia, and three daughters, Miss Marie Doty and 
Mrs. Louis Dupuy of New Iberia, and Mrs. Adolph Longe of Port Arthur, Texas.

The funeral services were held at the Catholic Church on Monday, May 20th, at 4 
P.M., and interment in the Catholic Cemetery.
