Our dispatches of December 30th, contain the report of the death of Mr. Daniel Ehrman, formerly of St. John the Baptist Parish, but at the time of his death a resident of Panama, where he had resided for many years, established in business with his brothers, Henry and Felix, the latter once located here at the corner of Bridge and Main streets. Mr. Daniel Erhman leaves numerous relatives, among the number Mrs. Max Levy, of this city, a sister of deceased, also Mrs. David Levy, of Biloxi, Mrs. J. H. Wise of Biloxi, Mrs. E. Eisenman of New Orleans, Mrs. Mandes, of Colon. Felix Ehrman is the surviving brother and youngest, is stationed at Panama and is the representative of the U. S. Government at that place. He will be well remembered by our older citizens, as a young man of great promise, which he has fulfilled in every particular.
