On Sunday morning last, Mr. Willie Gankendorff died at the residence of his 
mother, aged 47 years and two months. Deceased was not free of some of the 
foibles that makes of one his own worst enemy, but he was of a genial 
disposition and possessed of kindly traits that might have made of him a more 
useful citizen. Peace to his ashes.
