Mrs. F. Gonsoulin Dies at 92; Leaves 118 Descendants.

(Special to the Advertiser)
NEW IBERIA, Dec. 28 - Mrs. Felix Gonsoulin, 92, died at her Loreauville home 
today at 6:55 a.m.

The former Alma Broussard, she leaves 118 descednants [sic].

Funeral services are scheduled for 9 a.m. tomorrow from the Berges Funeral home, 
with religious rites to follow at St. Joseph's Catholic church. Burial will be 
in the Catholic cemetery.

Mrs. Gonsoulin, member of a pioneer Iberia parish family, is survived by two 
sons. Ulysses of New Iberia, and Homer of Jeanerette; Breaux, Mrs. Simon Granger 
and Mrs. Alfred Granger, all of Loreauville and Mrs. Edwin Blanchard of New 
Iberia; 48 grandchildren and 70 great-grandchildren.

George Berges is in charge of funeral services.
