Some six weeks ago, Louis, a five-year old child of Mr. Louis Heyt, who lives 
near the Gebert shingle mill, together with two playmates, were bitten by a 
pet dog belonging to Mr. Heyt, while playing with the animal. On Saturday 
hydrophobia developed in the Heyt child and he died on Monday evening. Thus 
far, the other children exhibit no signs of the dread disease.
