Cade, died at Jackson, La. on Thursday July 27th, aged about 47 years. The older citizens of New Iberia will remember her as Miss Minnie Ker, one of the brightest and most intelligent young women who lived in this vicinity some 25 years ago. Her talented and highly cultivated mind would no doubt have given her a most brilliant career, had not sickness and sorrow cast their shadow on her life. She was buried this morning from the Episcopal Church with the beautiful ritual of that body. To her relatives and friends we extend our profoundest sympathy.
