Died, at the residence of his son at 110 Corinne Street in this City on 
Friday, August 9th, 1918 at 3:30 o'clock P. M., the venerable Mr. Octave 
Louviere, aged seventy-one years. Mr. Louviere was highly esteemed by all 
who had the pleasure of his acquaintance. He leaves to mourn his demise one 
son Mr. Alcide Louviere of New Iberia and a daughter, Mrs. Marcel Moran of 
Patoutville. The funeral was conducted from St. Nicholas Catholic church at 
Patoutville on Saturday at 12 o'clock noon in the presence of a large 
concourse of relatives and friends.

The funeral takes place today from St. Nicholas' Catholic Church, 
Patoutville, La., at 12 p. m.
