MRS. STELLA D. MAXFIELD.

The death of Mrs. Maxfield took place in Lake Charles on last Saturday, 
August 27th.

The remains were brought to New Iberia for burial, and the funeral services 
were conducted from the Methodist Church with interment in Rose Hill 
Cemetery, on Sunday August 28, at 9:30 A. M.

Mrs. Maxfield was well known here, having been a resident of this city for 
many years, and with several relatives here, including her brothers, Porter 
Moss, Buddy Moss and her sister, Mrs. J. W. Taylor.
