DIED: At his residence, in the 7th Ward, on Friday, the 7th instant, at 11:45 
a.m., Mr. Desire Migues, at the age of 80 years and 1 month. The funeral took 
place from St. Peters Catholic Church on Saturday, the 8th instant, at 4 p. 
m., largely attended by relatives and friends, who gathered to pay their 
parting tributes of respect to the memory of one generally revered by a large 
circle of friends.
