DIED: At her residence, 620 Center Street, on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 1912, at 8:15 
o'clock P. M., Mrs. Numa Miguez, native of Iberia Parish, born in the year 1859, 
wife of City Councilmen Numa Miguez. The funeral took place from the Catholic 
Church on Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock.

Grim Reaper claimed as its own last Tuesday night at 8:15 o'clock all that was mortal
of Mrs. Numa Miguez, wife of Councilman Miguez of this City. Deceased was stricken
with Pneumonia several months since, which brought on other complications and caused
her death. She leaves to mourn her loss besides her husband, eleven children, six girls
and five boys, all grown, among the daughters being Mrs. Walter Labauve and Mrs. Amar
Broussard, her youngest child being a daughter about twelve years of age. The funeral
rites were performed at St. Peter's Catholic church on Wednesday evening at 4 o'clock
and was largely attended by her numerous relatives and friends throughout the Parish.
The husband and children have the sympathy of the community.
