Mr. Balthazar Migues died on Monday last at the residence of his son-in-law, 
Mr. Alcide Hulin, aged 78 years and nine months.

One of New Iberia's oldest citizens, Mr. Balthazar Migues, passed away on 
Monday last at the advanced age of seventy eight years and nine months. The 
funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon from the Catholic Church, followed 
by a large concourse of sympathizing friends. The deceased leaves a large 
family to mourn his loss. Peace to his ashes.
