The acquaintances and friends in New Iberia of Mr. Wm. O. Moss, were grieved 
to learn of his death last Thursday night at nine o'clock at the resiedence 
of his son-in-law, Mr. J. Alcee Nereaux. Mr. Moss had not been enjoying the 
best of health for some time, though his ailment was not considered of a 
serious nature. He leaves several sons and daughters to mourn his loss 
besides his widow, among them being Mrs. J. W. Taylor, Mrs. J. A. Nereaux 
and Mrs. A. P. Maxfield. His funeral will be held this afternoon at three 
o'clock from the Methodist Episcopal church. The widow and children of 
deceased have the sympathy of the community.

Died, at the residence of his son in law, Mr. J. Alcee Nereaux, on Thursday,
May 9th, 1912, at 9 o'clock P. M., Wm. O. Moss, born Aug. 28, 1842. The funeral
took place from the Methodist Episcocal Church on last Saturday at 3 o'clock
in the evening.
