The venerable Mr. Ursin Nereaux, one of our esteemed old citizens, died at his 
home on Tuesday last, aged 71 years and eight months. His remains were buried 
from the Catholic church on Wednesday, the funeral being attended by a large 
concourse of friends. On behalf of members of the family thanks are extended 
to the devoted friends and neighbors whose kind ministrations to the deceased 
during his illness were greatly appreciated.
