MRS. THOMAS H. POLE.

Mrs. Thomas H. Pole, nee Marie Henrietta Delahoussaye, departed this life 
April 14th, 1919. She was the eldest daughter of Alfred Delahoussaye and 
Cherie Coudroy; was born on Belleview plantation at the old Delahoussaye 
home on September 30th, 1855.

Her death came as a great shock to her relatives and many warm friends who 
will ever hold her in loving remembrance. She was a devoted wife, an 
affectionate mother and an earnest and faithful Christian. She leaves a 
husband and three children, Wesley and Maud of Jeanerette and Walter of 
Morgan City, one grand-son Tom, an aged mother, two brothers and two 
sisters. The remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery at Jeanerette.
