ANTHONY J. RENOUDET.

The sudden death of Mr. Anthony J. Renoudet, a son of the late P. L. 
Renoudet, which occurred at his room in Hotel Frederic last Monday evening 
at 8:15 was a shock to all when apprised of the sad news. While Mr. Renoudet 
had not been enjoying very good health, it was only a day or two before his 
demise that it was realized his condition was serious. He was born in New 
Iberia on Dec. 24th, 1879 and from early childhood had such a genial 
disposition that his friends were countless. Mr. Renoudet had been advised 
recently to seek another climate if he hoped to regain his impaired health, 
but before doing so was stricken to the bed. He leaves to mourn his demise 
two sisters and two brother, Mesdames Fritz Dietlein, Louis A. Walet and 
Messrs. Alfred and Joseph Renoudet. The funeral was conducted by Rev. 
Langlois at St. Peter's church on Tuesday afternoon at four o'clock.
