Scott, vice president and general manager of the Southern Koke company, 807 Howard avenue, New Orleans, 807 Howard avenue, New Orleans, owner of the Daily Panhandle, a newspaper in Amarillor (sic), Texas, former owner of the Crowley Signal, and the Gulf Coast Farmer and Rice Journal, both published in Crowley, La., and one of the most widely known business men in the South, was run down and killed by a Peters avenue car several squares from the Southern Koke Company, early Thursday of last week.
