Died at her residence on Julia Street last Thursday morning at four o'clock a. 
m., Miss Josephine Agenoria Veazey, aged 68 years, a sister of the late Alfred 
Veazey. Miss Veazey was a native of Iberia Parish and had a large circle of 
relatives and friends to mourn her demise. She was buried the same evening, 
services being held at St. Peter's Catholic Church in the presence of a large 
concourse of sympathising friends.
