DIED. at his residence, on Peeble's Plantation, Iberia Parish, on Wednesday, 
December 6th, 1916, at 2 o'clock A. M., Jules Germain Verret, aged 66 years, 6 
months and 8 days. The funeral took place from St. Peter's Catholic Church on 
Wednesday evening at 4:30 o'clock.

JULES GERMAIN VERRET.

Died, at his residence on Peebles plantation on Wednesday, December 6th, 1916 
at two o'clock A. M. Mr. Jules G. Verret, aged 66 years, six months and eight 
days. Mr. Verret was a native of St. Mary parish and before taking up residence 
at the place where he succumbed, resided at Fausse Pointe where he has many 
acquaintances. He leaves besides his widow, several sons and daughters, Mrs. 
Arthur Perilleux of Reserve, La.; Mrs. Lee Boutte, Loreauville; Mrs. G. D. 
Triche, Garvville; Mrs. Frank Blanchard and Alfred Verret of Iberia; Mr. Arthur 
Verret of Honolulla. The funeral was held from St. Peter's Catholic church in 
this City on Wednesday, Dec. 6th at five o'clock.
