Stomach. Isaac T. Rand[?] attended deceased from Nov 23, 1911 to Jun 3,
1911. Disease was contacted in former residence, Chicago, Ill. Buried
New Iberia, La., Jun 4, 1911 by Mrs. John Broussard of New Iberia, La.
