BOUTTE - PRINCE.

On Wednesday, Jan. 29th, at 5 p. m., were married at St. Joseph's Church, 
Loreauville, Mr. Achilles Boutte, son of Mr. Albert Boutte, member of the 
Parish School Board, and Miss Irma Prince, daughter of Mrs. Dorce Prince. 
Rev. Father Mertens officiating and delivering an address, that for 
practical wisdom, was unique and we hope profitable, not only to the young 
couple, but all the congregation. His advice, on the duties of the new 
relations they were about to form, was equally trite and impressive. "It was 
not what a man or woman professed to be, but what they were in the sight of 
God, which determined character and upon this was built the foundation of a 
happy and useful life at home and abroad." After the ceremony at the church 
was concluded the bridal party left for the hospitable home of the bride's 
mother, where elegant refreshments were served, after which the young couple 
left for Mr. Albert Boutte's residence, their future home. Numerous presents 
were received from relatives and friends. We congratulate the happy young 
couple and extend to them our best wishes for a happy and prosperous future.
