Which Joseph Marie Braud had in his hands belonging to them; Also $36.4 for the use of the land which said Joseph Marie Braud had left to Marie Joseph Landry, widow of Joseph Braud, during her lifetime; That which forms $176.4 added to $50.1 for the costs of inventory and certain sum for auction, as well as $2 for 2 quittances, forming in all $228.5 the 3/4 of which belongs to widow and the other 1/4 belongs to Joseph Allain Braud, minor and that Mrs. Marie Eleine Amelton, widow of Joseph Marie Braud declares to have received and promises to reimburse the said minor at his majority; and for Surety of said sum, Joseph Amelton, her father appears.
