Same date Notice to Joseph Enrry to be appraiser, who accepts. 1st cry, 2nd cry, 3rd cry - three cries of sale Date: January 20, 1803 Inventory - The present plantation situated in the said District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the lands of the Widow of Pablo Maria Landry, and below by those of Bautista Ducet, composed of six arpents and three toises of front on forty of depth, according to the figurative plan and title of concession which belongs to the succession for having been purchased of Otuberto Jany alias Langrais by deed executed before the Commandant who was we understand, Dn Luis Dutisne, with the edifices and fences which on the same are found, which consist *** without including the mill, of forty arpents of fence, more or less, well understood that the two boundary fences are of the partnership with the neighbors, all in the condition in which it is found, including six beehives or cases **, well understood that remaining aggregate to the said plantation five arpents of land of front of the point fronting the Church in order to intain the levee and road and by consequence, the right on the said land, estimated the referred plantation with all its dependencies, at the sum **.
